About the Role
IPS Primary and Lower Secondary School, the biggest international school in Wrocław and the 4th largest in Poland, is looking to recruit a qualified, innovative, and dynamic Homeroom Teacher beginning the 2026/2027 school year – August 17th, 2026. The teacher should be certified to teach K-3 or K-5 according to American standards (or KS-1 or KS-2 in the UK), have sound knowledge of lesson design and curriculum alignment, technology integration, and assessment. Knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum is beneficial, but not mandatory.

About the School
Founded in 2011, IPS quickly established itself as one of the top international schools in Wroclaw. IPS offers the beginning stages of education through its IPS Playschool, which serves students aged 2.5 – 4 years old. The IPS Primary School includes grades 1 – 5 and follows the IB PYP program of inquiry. As students transition into the Lower Secondary of grades 6 – 8, the curricular focus shifts to the Cambridge Secondary 1 programme. The Upper Secondary School provides students a high quality education through the Cambridge curriculum, using the Cambridge Secondary 2 programme, or IGCSE, in grades 9 – 10 and Cambridge A Levels for grades 11 – 12. In addition, through the Student Responsibility Program, IPS will offer students opportunities to cultivate relationships within the school, the local and global community.

Qualifications and Experience
- K-3 or K-5 qualifications (KS-1 or KS-2)
- Two years experience as a classroom teacher
- Experience with Cambridge curriculum (beneficial, not required)
